VERSION OF OS (OPERATING SYSTEM) ANDROID
Android is growing rapidly, we can find almost all the mobile phone brands using this operating system, but many users do not know what it android. Android since it was first created on November 5, 2007 until now, has undergone several updates, the update that occurs, among other interfaces as well as additional features become more complete.

Here I will give a little knowledge of the android operating system. Android is a Linux based operating system for Smartphones and Tablet PCs. Android provides an open source platform / open source for developers to create their own applications.

At first Android is owned company called Android, Inc. In 2005 by bought Google Inc. and was released in 2007 formally, which coincides with the founding of the Open Handset Alliance, a consortium of telecommunications companies, software, and hardware that aims to promote open standards mobile devices.

Android Alpha
Released in early 2007, is an operating system in a formal testing process and in the stage setting features such as bugs and crashes in the system. Its resources are still bad, and yet functional.

Android Beta
Released in November 2007, is the first commercial version is still in the stage of the development cycle and is still in the aspect of the trial. It took a lot to be optimized, its still not optimal, especially in terms of interface and graphics.

Android Version 1.0 (Angel Cake)
Released on September 23, 2008. This is an ongoing Android developed by Google and the Open Handset Alliance (OHA). From this Android OS started giving extraordinary expectations. Open source OS is the world's first mobile provided by the manufacturer, code developers to be more creative with the design of the user interface, widgets and applications, but has yet to show a significant development, because there is still a lot of fans who are interested. At this stage, Google has an obsession with giving each OS release with name-based cake.

        The Power Button is an important button on all smartphones. Both Android and iPhone, or Windows Phone though definitely need the Power button. With the Power button can turn on and off the smartphone. You can imagine how much trouble if there is no Power button, right?

        But did you know that the Power button on Android has many functions, not just to turn the smartphone on or off? Well, here's 8 functions of the power button on Android that must be Know.

        1. Turning the Screen On and Off
        This is a Power button function that you definitely know. By pressing and holding the Power button for about 3 seconds, you can turn it on or your smartphone. Imagine if there is no Power button, you should unplug the battery if you want to turn the smartphone on or off. What if your smartphone uses a non-removable battery?\

        2. Locking the Android Screen
        Be sure to keep your Android screen locked up to keep anybody playing Android yours. If you enable lockscreen on Android, by default your Android will be locked after the screen goes off for 5 seconds. But you can change it to be directly locked every time you press the Power button.

        3. Take a Screenshot
        Screenshots or activities taking a screen view on Android usually use a combination of Power buttons with other buttons. The average way screenshots on Android are not provided with Home physical buttons using a combination of Power and Volume buttons. Meanwhile, if you have a physical button Home such as Samsung, is a combination of Power button and Home button.

        4. Recovery Mode
